1. Introduction
1.1. These Terms of Use, along with other policies, govern your access to and use of the Jufrah website and applications (hereinafter referred to as “Jufrah”), a name and trademark owned by ‘‘Wjl’’ Corporation, under commercial registration (1010573527), headquartered in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
1.2. Please read and review these Terms and the Privacy Policy (collectively the “Terms and Conditions”) very carefully before browsing and using the Jufrah website and applications or placing any order as they affect your legal rights and obligations.
1.3. By accessing, using, or browsing any part of the Site and Applications or making any sale or purchase, you confirm that you have read these terms, understand their content and agree to them in full and to abide by their terms, if you do not agree to these terms, please stop using our services.
2. Agreement
2.1. Your access and use of the Jufrah services constitute your full acceptance and express agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
2.2. Jufrah reserves the right to modify, update or change (any/or all) these Terms at any time, so you should review and review these Terms periodically for any updates.
2.3. Your continued use of the Jufrah Website, Apps and Services constitutes your express agreement to accept the terms applicable at the time you use the Services.
3. Legal Limits
3.1. Jufrah is an electronic platform that provides its services through a website and mobile applications on Android and iOS systems. It is an intermediary for displaying advertisements between advertisers and buyers, and its role is limited to linking only all users through the site and applications, as it does not conduct sales directly, and does not interfere with any transaction between the seller and the buyer, and therefore does not bear any responsibility for any transactions, deals or financial transfers between the two parties.
3.2. We provide our services in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the provisions of the E-Commerce Law on all services and products that are requested through the website and applications.
3.3. These conditions are considered a valid contract with complete legal elements, effective against everyone who uses the services of Jufrah, and its provisions and obligations are binding on all of them, and no one may repudiate or terminate them as long as they produce their legal effects.
4. Eligibility to use the services
You acknowledge and assure us of the following:
4.1. You have not been prevented from using the Services at any time.
4.2. You are not a competitor to us, and you do not provide any services that compete with the Jufrah website and applications.
4.3. You have full power and authority to contract and that you will not be in breach of any law or contract.
5. Right and licenses to use
5.1. We seek to make our services available for use around the clock, and we use all tools, equipment, hardware, software, and means of protection necessary to provide services, in addition to taking the necessary legal measures. Therefore, you agree that we do not guarantee the availability of services at all times, and that delays, or malfunctions may occur due to a malfunction in the Internet or in the devices on which the site or applications run, and therefore we do not take any responsibility for all of this.
5.2. Wjl Corporation reserves all rights in the services you provide through the Jufrah Website and Apps and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, and in regard to these Terms grants you a limited, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
5.2.1. Access the site and download and install the mobile application for personal use on your device.
5.2.2. Access and use the content, information and related materials that may be available through the Services for your personal use only and in accordance with these Terms.
5.3. You may use our services as permitted by law only, and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
5.4. The licenses granted to you by us terminate if you do not comply with our terms and policies.
6. Restrictions of use
The rights granted to you by Google to use the Services are subject to the following restrictions, and you are prohibited from:
6.1. Accessing information not intended for the user or accessing a server or account to which the user is not authorized.
6.2. Use any meta tags or any other hidden text that exploits the name or trademark Jufrah without our express written consent.
6.3. License, sell, rent, transfer, allocate, distribute, host or otherwise exploit the Service.
6.4. Link, reproduce, or frame any portion of the Services.
6.5. Attempting to interfere with the Service by sending unsolicited mail (spam) or viruses and other methods.
6.6. Modify, adapt, translate, merge, decompile or make derivative works of any part of the Website or Mobile Applications.
6.7. Remove or destroy any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary mark of the Services.
6.8. Accessing the Services with the intent of creating similar services with the same features or using them to compete with ours.
7. The account
We aim to make our services available to as many users as possible, and in order to take advantage of some of the features in the services, you must register an account via SMS to access these services subject to the following conditions:
7.1. You have reached the legal age to enter into contracts (at least 18 years), and if you are a minor, you may use the Services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian provided you agree to be bound by our terms and policy, and agree to be responsible for your actions, and any payments related to the purchase of your Products.
7.2. Agree to comply with all applicable laws, and to comply with any and all guidelines and instructions relating to the use of the Services.
7.3. Providing us with complete, correct, and accurate information and reviewing it when filling out the account registration form (registration data) and committing to update this data immediately if any changes occur, and bearing responsibility for any error, inaccuracy or forgery in it.
7.4. by registering an account, you expressly agree to:

7.4.2. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the terms and conditions of Jufrah.
7.4.3. Acknowledgment that the account is personal, and you agree to assume full responsibility for all actions that occur through the account.
7.4.4. Undertake to notify us immediately when any illegal or unauthorized use of the account occurs.
7.4.5. Acknowledgment that Jufrah is a broker for available advertisements and does not have any store or repository.
7.4.6. Jufrah ‘s right to disable any account; If we find that he does not comply with our terms and conditions.
7.5. Jufrah reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse, block or limit your access or use of the Services at any time without prior notice in the following cases:
7.5.1. Non-compliance with the terms, policies, and rules of operation in Jufrah.
7.5.2. Provide data or information that we deem to be incorrect or inaccurate.
7.5.3. If we determine that you are using the Account in a manner that is not permitted by these Terms.
7.5.4. If your actions cause any damages, losses, liability, or liability to us.
7.5.5. If we see - at our absolute discretion - any other violations in any other circumstances.
8. Fees and Payment
8.1. Registering the account on the Jufrah website and applications is free, and we have the right to charge fees in the future if we deem it necessary.
8.2. You can post ads according to the specified categories and sections for free.
8.3. You can feature your ad for a paid subscription.
8.4. The user must pay the fees for paid services by the means approved by us.
8.5. The user must ensure that the information he enters during payment is correct and accurate.
8.6. The buyer must use his own bank cards, and if he uses one of the cards for another person, he must have an authorization or permission to use it, and thus disclaims Jufrah responsibility towards any person as a result of using his credit cards.
8.7. Jufrah is not responsible for the error in payment by any user, nor does it accept any responsibility as a result of hacking or fraud that takes place over the Internet.
9. Code of Conduct (Prohibited Use)
9.1. It is prohibited to use the Services to do the following:
9.1.1. Use the Services in violation of these Terms, applicable laws, any applicable local or international laws, regulations, or rules, or any applicable customary rules, fraudulently or otherwise.
9.1.2. Use the Services to damage our reputation or brand, or to violate or infringe the intellectual property rights of us or others.
9.1.3. Impersonate any other user or the identity of Jufrah or any of its employees.
9.1.4. Publishing any content that contradicts the teachings of the Islamic religion or violates public morals.
9.1.5. Post any content or messages that are racially discriminatory, or discriminate in religion, race, age, national origin, or disability.
9.1.6. Submitting harmful or obscene content or files, or pornographic, sexual, or inappropriate content.
9.1.7. Sending materials containing slander, slander, profanity, harassment, mistreatment, or abuse of others.
9.1.8. Post or introduce any material that contains viruses, or any other harmful software, malicious code, files, or other computer programs designed to damage or interfere with the normal operation of all or part of the Service.
9.1.9. Collect or track the personal data of others for commercial or unethical purposes, including contact data.
9.1.10. Advertise or upload content or items that are inappropriate to the categories available on the site and are allowed to be sold.
9.1.11. Manipulating the prices of goods, whether in buying or selling, and causing harm to other users.
9.2. If we find that you have made a prohibited use or are in breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to:
9.2.1. Delete any material or content that you have posted without notifying you.

10. Terms of adding and publishing Ads
10.1. The content on the services is considered to come from users and registered members of the Jufrah website and applications, so we will not bear any responsibility for the added content, and users will bear all the responsibilities resulting from it, and our role is limited to monitoring ads and added content as much as possible.
10.2. It is not allowed to post ads that violate the terms and policies of Jufrah, and we have the right to delete these violating ads directly without referring to the user.
10.3. The following conditions must be adhered to when adding an ad:
10.3.1. Choose an appropriate title for the ad content.
10.3.2. Add the advertisement in the correct categories and sections.
10.3.3. The advertisement for a real and existing product or commodity is owned by the advertisement owner or authorized to sell or buy.
10.3.4. Add correct contact information.
10.3.5. Add all advertisement details in terms of title, description, pictures, price, and contact numbers.
10.3.6. Adding pictures of the same product or the advertised item.
10.4. The advertiser bears full legal and legal responsibility for any advertisement concerning him on the Jufrah website and applications.
11. Prohibited Products and Goods
11.1. All products, commodities and materials prohibited from being traded according to the applicable laws.
11.2. Medicines, medical products and preparations not licensed by the Ministry of Health.
11.3. Aggressive and criminal goods, explosive materials, improvised explosive devices, firearms, and ammunition.
11.4. Counterfeit, stolen, counterfeit or unusable products and goods that may harm users.
11.5. Hazardous chemicals and pesticides.
11.6. Pirated and non-original materials, software and CDs for the purpose of offending others.
11.7. Materials and applications protected by intellectual property rights. It is strictly prohibited to transfer or deal with illegal and stolen copies of books, films, music materials, video games, applications and all licensed and protected materials.
11.8. Stocks, portfolio management, currencies, marketing and everything related to that.
11.9. Bonds, including stocks, sukuk, customs bonds or any financial instruments.
11.10. Personal documents, financial records and any personal information including mailing lists.
11.11. Lottery tickets, betting, and gambling.
11.12. Laser devices, spy and eavesdropping devices.
11.13. Artifacts, art, and art treasures are prohibited from being traded as stipulated in the laws.
11.14. Prepaid cards, gift cards.
12. Banned ads
12.1. It is prohibited to add and publish the following advertisements:
12.1.1. Ads that violate the terms and policies of Jufrah.
12.1.2. Ads that are not related to buying and selling, or that do not specify a specific commodity.
12.1.3. Fake advertisements for any product or commodity that are intended to defraud users.
12.1.4. Ads that contain false information about the nature or manner of use of products and services.
12.1.5. Ads that contain false details and images of the product or merchandise, or images of poor quality.
12.1.6. Advertisements for information and materials that refer to libel, defamation, threat or abuse of others.
12.1.7. Unclear ads that are not related to the site's specialty and sections.
12.1.8. Advertisements for sexual objects and suggestions.
12.1.9. Advertising, promotional or repetitive ads.
12.1.10. Ads that are offensive to users.
12.1.11. Advertisements for police equipment, weapons and tools that are prohibited from being circulated.
12.1.12. Advertisements that ask the buyer to transfer money in advance.
12.1.13. Advertisements for hierarchical marketing services and schemes to deceive users.
12.1.14. Ads requesting contributions or subscriptions.
12.1.15. Advertisement of devices and means of inciting the misuse of telephone devices.
12.1.16. Ads made in private messages.
12.1.17. Advertisements for competing websites or companies.
12.1.18. Advertisements for drones.
13. Legal Disclaimer
13.1. All information, content, services and other materials found or available to you through the Jufrah Website and Applications (collectively, the “Contents”) are provided on an “as is” or “as available” basis, without any representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
13.2. The Company will not be liable for any interruptions in the service due to, but not limited to, periodic maintenance, technical problems, or other similar reasons.
13.3. The user agrees to:
13.3.1. Use the Services at your own risk and that all information you provide to us is true and accurate.
13.3.2. Comply with restrictions on the use of the Services as set out in these Terms.
13.3.3. Release Jufrah from liability arising from any breach of your data due to a hacker attack.
13.3.4. Jufrah has the right to suspend the service for indefinite periods or cancel the service at any time without notice.
13.3.5. You are responsible for the use of the Services, and any information sent or received by the User during use.
13.3.6. Jufrah does not directly sell any commodity or product but is merely an intermediary between the advertiser and the buyer and does not interfere in any transaction between the advertiser and the buyer.
13.3.7. You are responsible for checking the content of the advertisements posted on the site.
13.3.8. Indemnify us for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with or due to your breach of these Terms, and you shall bear the costs and expenses of direct and indirect claims.
13.4. We do not guarantee that the Site, mobile applications, servers, or any email sent will be free from bugs, viruses or other harmful components.
13.5. We do not guarantee and do not commit anything to the user, the publisher of the advertisement, the purchaser or the beneficiary of the services, and we disclaim all liability for that, whether mentioned or not.
13.6. In no event shall the Wjl be liable for:
13.6.1. Any interaction between users.
13.6.2. Any consequences as a result of the transactions that take place between the advertiser and the buyer.
13.6.3. The validity or reliability of any advertisement or any content posted on the Site or Application.
13.6.4. Any error as a result of using the site or application, whether by publication or otherwise, or any other use.
13.6.5. Any links to external websites that may be accessed through the Services and the instructions or content they contain.
13.6.6. Direct or indirect damages or losses to any user or third party as a result of:
13.6.6.1. Use, misuse, or inability to use the Services.
13.6.6.2. Services or goods obtained through Jufrah.
13.6.6.3. Any content or advertisements displayed on Jufrah.
13.6.6.4. Any distributive denial-of-service attack, viruses or other technologically harmful material that may infect your electronic equipment, software, data or other material owned by you due to your use of the Site.
13.6.6.5. The user shall be responsible for disclosing the account data (including password), credit card data or the bank account. Therefore, you agree to release Jufrah from any responsibility related to this, as we do not ask any users for any passwords or activation codes.
13.6.6.6. The users are prohibited from dealing outside the scope of Jufrah App. The user shall bear the responsibility for coordinating any external interviews and must inform the competent authorities in case he is exposed to any fraud or scam.
14. Ownership Rights
14.1. Copy Rights:
14.1.1. All intellectual property rights in the services and content related to the Jufrah website and applications and all copyrights, trade dress, designs, logos, icons, and other intellectual property, materials and other rights, including software rights, HTML code and other symbols it contains, including content, text and fonts The images, software, audio files, music, video, digital downloads, documents, data and shapes (collectively the “Intellectual Property”) are owned by Google and are protected by international intellectual property, copyright and trademark laws.

14.2. Trademarks:
14.2.1. All trademarks, images, logos, words, page headers, button icons, service names, service marks, and trade names ("Trademarks") that are linked to or appear on the Jaffa Website and Applications are trademarks of Google.

15. Communications
15.1. By subscribing to the Services by providing your email address, you will automatically be entitled to receive messages, special offers, promotions, and newsletters from Jufrah, and thus you agree to receive such messages from us to inform and alert you of any changes, features or new activities in the Services that we may consider to be of interest to you.
15.2. You can unsubscribe and opt out of receiving electronic communications by clicking on the "unsubscribe" button located at the bottom of our emails.
15.3. You agree that all agreements, notices and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy all legal requirements and produce their legal effects as if such communications were in writing.
16. Third Parties Websites
16.1. Our services may contain links to other sites and applications owned by third parties, including social sites, and since these sites are not under our control, we do not accept any responsibility for the quality, nature, or accuracy of any content on these sites, or any responsibility for the functionality or procedures or the privacy settings and policies, terms or content of such websites.
16.2. You agree that Jufrah will not be a party to any transaction or contract that you may enter into with any third party and shall have no liability to you for any loss or damage that you may suffer or arising from the use of such third-party websites and services.
16.3. You agree not to involve us in any dispute you may have with any third-party website or service, and your use of such third party websites is at your own risk.
17. Compensation
17.1. As a user of the Jufrah Services, you agree to indemnify and indemnify the Company and its affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses, including legal fees, attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or relating to:

20. Termination

This Agreement shall remain in effect while you access or use the Services, and we shall have the right in our sole discretion to terminate, limit or stop any user from accessing or using the Website or Mobile Applications at any time without prior notice for any reason that we may consider unlawful or harmful to others.
20.2. You may terminate this Agreement by discontinuing use of the Services at any time.
21. Laws and Jurisdiction
21.1. These terms and policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
21.2. 21.2. All disputes, claims or controversies arising in connection with the interpretation or implementation of any provision or condition in this Agreement shall be decided upon by the competent courts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

22. General Provisions

22.3. The Foundation has the right to transfer all its rights contained in this agreement to others without objection from the users, and everyone is obligated to implement all their obligations contained in this agreement before the assignee as soon as they are notified of the transfer.

22.5. The failure of Google to monitor or enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of its right to do so in the future with respect to one/or all of the provisions of this Agreement.
22.6. Nothing in these Terms shall explain the existence of a joint, partnership, employment or agency relationship between Google and you as a user as a result of these Terms and Policies or your use of the Services.
22.7. These conditions have been drafted in the Arabic language, and in the event that they are translated into any other foreign language, the Arabic text shall be approved before all bodies if the foreign language conflicts with it.
22.8. In the event of any conflict between the current version of these Terms and any previous versions thereof, the current version shall prevail unless otherwise stated.
22.9. These Terms and Policies constitute the entire agreement and understanding between the Company and the User that govern your use of the Site and the Services.
22.10. This Agreement may only be terminated pursuant to a decision issued by WJL Corporation.
